By following this passive investment strategy, we focus on variables that can be controlled. WHAT WE DON’T DO:

“Noise Investing”

We don’t make the same mistakes as “noise investors” who believe that reading financial publications, listening to the media, or picking the hot fund manager will give them an advantage. The reality is that “noise investing” adds unnecessary risk and costs to your investment plan.

Market timing

There are two key components to market timing (buying low and selling high). Not only do you have to decide when to get out of the market, you also have to decide when to get back in. We find this approach fundamentally dangerous and unnecessarily risky.
